ON TRACK ACTION CONTINUES AT SMALLBROOK

There is more fast action motorcycle track action on Thursday evening when the GT 140s return to the Smallbrook stadium (7pm).

However this time it is team racing, something that has never been tried on the shale before. 16 of the top riders will be in action including double British Island Masters Champion Ian Clark and Wayne Broadhurst, Steve Newsham and Max Broadhurst along with a star studied back up to their teams.

The GT 140s have really taken on this year and is fast growing as a class motorcycle event. Main races always make for good viewing and always provide plenty of close racing and passing and this one promises to be no different.

Add to the event the British JAP championship, where fans will get to see riders racing the “Old J.A.P.” motorcycles around the circuit and junior racing to from 6.15pm; you can be sure of a full evening’s entertainment.

This will bring the curtain down on the summer events on the Island, but will not be the end for the year as some winter events are currently being planned.
